Introduction

Documentation of Quality Assurance within the EmbedIT Super App Platform. We believe in QA as a continuous mindset embedded from the very beginning of development, UAT to production and beyond.

The documentation is divided into three parts:

• Architecture: aimed for architects, POs, and team leads. It offers a high-level overview of QA strategy, test planning, and how quality is built into the software lifecycle practicing shift-left testing approach — from requirements to release.
• QA Services: breaks down specific QA services such as feature testing, test automation, performance, and localization and more — aligned with web, mobile and backend platforms.
• QA Quides: practical how-to documentation and templates for QA deliverables and tools like mobile test automation, web test automation, writing bugs, test plans, integrating with CI/CD, and aligning with Definition of Done.

This section focuses on the core principles, strategies, and quality gates we use to ensure that every product shipped via our platform meets high expectations — for both our clients and end users. These practices help us shift left, move fast, and reduce risk at every stage of the delivery.
